Christmas Returns Period
Due to the Christmas period orders will be able to avail of our extended Christmas Returns period, which runs until January 14th. Returns during this period will be entitled to full credit for the price payed or exchange to the full value.
No Hassle Returns
If, for any reason, you are unhappy with your purchase and would like to return an item to us, we are happy to offer you a refund or an exchange up to 14 days after you receive your order from us.
If you'd rather, you can return it in store. It is policy that we refund the original card or Paypal account that was used to purchase the item. Proof of purchase is required for all returns.
For items that have been delivered which are faulty, we are happy to refund you the cost of postage.
The item must be in a new, unused and unworn condition and in its original packaging, with all the tags still attached. For full details of our Returns Policy, please see section 7 of our Terms & Conditions.
How To Return Your Purchase
If you'd like to return your purchase, fill in the returns form you received with your purchase. If you didn't receive a returns form, or need a new one, please download our returns form here.
Enter the quantity, style code and description (all of which can be found on your dispatch sheet received with your order) and the return reason code on the sheet.

Returning Online Purchases In Our Letterkenny Store
If you'd prefer to drop into our Letterkenny Store to make your return, you can do so. We ask that you bring your fully filled out returns form with you and a copy of your original purchase order.
Please be aware that cash will not be handed out on the day of return, it is policy that online order refunds are made directly to the original card/paypal account used.
