Now Offering Free Returns

We're delighted to announce that we are now offering free returns to the following countries:

Republic Of Ireland

Unfortunately at this time we are unable to offer free returns for the Great Britain & Northern Ireland.

If you live in one of the above eligible countries, you will receive a returns sticker along with your purchase. Simply repackage your return (along with your returns form) and drop it into your local GLS parcel shop. If you need to find your local GLS parcel shop you can do so with the link below.

If, for any reason, you are unhappy with your purchase and would like to return an item to us, we are happy to offer you a refund or an exchange up to 14 days after you receive your order from us. After 14 days, you may be entitled to credit applied to your online membership.

If you'd rather, you can return it in store. It is policy that we refund the original card or Paypal account that was used to purchase the item. Proof of purchase is required for all returns.

For items that have been delivered which are faulty, we are happy to refund you the cost of postage.

The item must be in a new, unused and unworn condition and in its original packaging, with all the tags still attached. For full details of our Returns Policy, please see section 7 of our Terms & Conditions.

How To Return Your Purchase

For countries not eligible for free returns, fill in the returns form you received with your purchase. If you didn't receive a returns form, or need a new one, please download our returns form here.

Enter the quantity, style code and description (all of which can be found on your dispatch sheet received with your order) and the return reason code on the sheet.

Returning Online Purchases In Our Letterkenny Store

If you'd prefer to drop into our Letterkenny Store to make your return, you can do so. We ask that you bring your fully filled out returns form with you and a copy of your original purchase order.

Please be aware that cash will not be handed out on the day of return, it is policy that online order refunds are made directly to the original card/paypal account used.
