Tracking Your Order

CAN I TRACK MY ORDER
To track your order follow these simple steps:
To track your parcel, you’ll first need to enter your DPD reference or tracking number (we text you this on the mobile number you provided). To do this click here > Then click search > your order information should appear.


I MISSED MY DELIVERY
Don't panic follow these simple steps:
If you’ve received a text or email from DPD, just click on the link included in the text or email to reschedule your delivery.

If you’ve received a Card from DPD, just click here to reschedule.


WHAT HAPPENS IF I'M NOT THERE WHEN MY ORDER IS GOING TO BE DELIVERED
You can still get your order delivered
If you’re not going to be in, there are plenty of options for you to choose from. If you’ve received a text or email from DPD, just click on the Manage Delivery link in your text or email to see what options are available.

You can: Change your delivery date, Opt to collect at your local DPD Pickup Point and, If the shipper has authorised, your parcel can be delivered to a neighbour.

I want to return my order

FREE RETURNS FROM REPUBLIC OF IRELAND & NORTHERN IRELAND TERMS & CONDITIONS
If, for any reason, you are unhappy with your purchase and would like to return an item to us, we are happy to offer you a refund or an exchange up to 28 days after you receive your order from us. After 28 days, you may be entitled to credit applied to your online membership.

If you'd rather, you can return it in store. It is policy that we refund the original card or Paypal account that was used to purchase the item. Proof of purchase is required for all returns.

The item must be in a new, unused and unworn condition and in its original packaging, with all the tags still attached. For full details of our Returns Policy, please see section 7 of our Terms & Conditions.

Fill Out Your Returns Form Provided. 

Print Your Returns Label From DPD

Repackage & Label Your Return, Be Sure To Include Your Filled Out Returns Form.

Drop Your Return To Your Local Parcel Pick Up Point. 

If you’d prefer to use a courier of your own our returns address is: Evolve Menswear, Unit 4, Letterkenny Retail Park, Paddy Harte Road, Letterkenny, Co. Donegal, Ireland We strongly recommend using a traceable postal service to ensure your parcel arrives at the correct address.


CAN I RETURN MY ONLINE ORDER IN STORE
If you'd prefer to drop into our Letterkenny Store to make your return, you can do so. We ask that you bring your fully filled out returns form with you and a copy of your original purchase order. Please be aware that cash will not be handed out on the day of return, it is policy that online order refunds are made directly to the original card/paypal account used.

Problems With My Order

MISSING ITEMS
Don't Panic:
We may have sent your items separately. To check if this has occurred simply look at your emails that were sent to see if any items will be delivered separately.


If your order has been sent in different parcels then each note from the delivery will tell you the items you can expect to find inside. Please check these for each part of your order to make sure you're not missing anything.If an item is still missing from this please contact our web team and we will get back to you as soon as possible.


FAULTY ITEMS
If you have received a faulty item we apologize.
We want to sort this issue out with you as soon as possible.

As soon as you find a fault please contact our team with these few details:

* Your order number


* The faulty items name


* A picture of the faulty item


* A short description of the fault on the item


CAN I CHANGE MY ORDER AFTER I'VE PLACED IT
Our team is super quick at getting your order ready to go and for this reason we can't change your order after you have placed it. Contact us  as soon as you realize and we may be able to help.

TROUBLE WITH OUR WEBSITE
If you are having trouble with our website please try the following:
Clear your cookies and data(Please make a note of products in your basket before proceeding with this):

Go to settings > Scroll to software > Tap check for updates

Contact us with information about your issue. Try provide as much detail as you can for example the web browser your using, screenshots of the issue and what you've done to try resolve the issue.


CAN'T SIGN IN
You must sign into your account if you want to see or track your orders. If you receive a message that says your email address/password isn't valid, follow the steps below:
Make sure you are using the same email address and password you registered with.

If you can't remember your password click on the 'forgotten password' link on the sign in page. You'll be prompted to enter your email address and we'll send you an email with a link that will allow you to create a new password for your account.

If you still can't get signed in contact us and a member of our web team will get back to you as soon as possible.

CAN I GET A REPLACEMENT GIFT CARD
At this moment in time we unfortunately cannot give replacement gift vouchers for physical vouchers.

HOW DO I FIND A SPECIFIC BRAND
To find the brand that you are looking for follow these simple steps
If you are looking for a specific piece of clothing a brand provides for example joggers. Hover over the track bottoms section in the navigation bar > Click on joggers > On the left hand side there will be an option to sort by brand > Click on the brand you are looking for.

If you are just looking for every item a brand sells simply hover over the brands option on the navigation bar and click the brand you wish.


HOW TO FIND OUT IF A PRODUCT IS IN STOCK
If you add the item you are looking for to your save for later area you will be notified when the product comes back in stock.


CAN I GET A REFUND ON A PRODUCT I PURCHASED USING A GIFT VOUCHER
Of course! We treat this like any other purchase simply follow the normal procedure
